Location is unavailable

• Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Keeper.
• Select “While Using the App.” Keeper does not request background or Always access.
• You may also choose a manual location preset. A preset stays authoritative even after GPS has been used.

A species has no verified rule

This is intentional Fail-Closed behavior, not a loading error. Keeper does not substitute another species or region. Check the current official FWC fishing regulations.

Catch logs

Catch logs exist only on your device. There is no Keeper cloud account or web dashboard. Deleting the app removes local logs unless an Apple device backup preserves the app data.

Report a problem

Include the Keeper version, iOS version, selected location or zone, species, gear, length, and a screenshot of the result. Do not include precise private location coordinates unless needed.

Direct email support is being configured. This page will publish the verified contact address before the App Store release.
